ICE PEARL'S METHOD BARRE
Did you ever dream of having the posture of a dancer?
Ice Pearl's Barre method is then right for you. The Method Barre is close to Pilates, but inspired from Ballet. The exercises are completed without weights. With the Method Barre, the muscles are trained in the length, after each exercise comes a stretching sequence.
It is a training that is bringing results at any age, any weight and at any fitness level you have. Ice Pearl's Method Barre works a lot on the posture, and brings fast results.
